Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it within 30 days. We've made the process simple and hassle-free.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of shipment. We cannot accept returns for worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.



Return Process


a. Submit a Request

Within 30 days of delivery, complete the form on the Returns page and request an RMA number (for unused or worn items).


b. Get Information

After submitting your request, you will receive a return authorization number and return address.


c. Prepare the Package

Please print the authorization number label from the order page and apply it to the outer packaging. Use your own shipping materials to securely package the item in the same condition it was when you received it.


d. Return the Item

Please ship the item to a nearby post office as soon as possible and update your tracking number on the order page.


e. Refund Processing

We will complete the refund within 7 days of receiving the return package, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method.



Non-Returnable Items

Unless damaged or defective upon delivery, the following items are not accepted for return or exchange:

Custom-made items;

Clearance/sale items;

Items beyond the 30-day return period.


Your return package typically takes 7–20 days to arrive at our return address. Please retain proof of shipping and provide the tracking number so you can track the status of your package. Please note that we are not responsible if the return package is lost or stolen in transit. Refunds cannot be processed without valid proof of delivery and receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
