We may also obtain information about you from third parties with whom we have a relationship or other contractual relationship. If we acquire a business, we may obtain information from the seller of that business. Additionally, we may obtain information from various consumer reporting agencies and related service providers.

We also work with third-party service providers who provide us with feedback about our website, analytical data, and general information about browsing patterns to improve our website and internet marketing channels, and may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking mechanisms to collect such information.

c. Information Passively Collected When You Use the Website. When you visit our websites or interact with us through your device, we may collect "User Activity Information" through cookies, web beacons, and other similar or related technologies (collectively, "Information Technologies"). A "cookie" is a small text file that your browser sends and stores on your device when you visit our websites or use our internet marketing channels. "Web beacons" (also known as pixels or tags) are a common web technology used on our websites and internet marketing channels to monitor visits, interactions, and effectiveness of specific pages on our websites and internet marketing channels.

The User Activity Information we collect through these Information Technologies includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device characteristics (such as connection type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution), location information, user IDs, and your interactions with our websites and internet marketing channels, such as the web pages you visit, your keyword searches, and the products or product categories you view. User Activity Information may also include information about your mobile device (if used to access the websites) (such as device model, operating system, unique device identifier, and mobile network information); how you use our websites and internet marketing channels, search terms, pages you visit on our websites, and application performance information. Additionally, while user activity information does not typically identify or relate to you personally, we may associate such information with you and may determine your approximate location based on such information. We share personal information only for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, but internet marketing channels may use user activity information collected on our website for their own purposes, and some of these channels may be able to associate such information with you based on other information they collect independently of Zdvrd.

d. Social Media Visits. We engage with existing and potential customers through various internet marketing channels and social media services (such as Facebook). If you contact us through one of our internet marketing channels, request customer service through social media, or otherwise direct us to communicate with you through social media, we may contact you or engage with you using other social media tools. In these cases, your interactions with us are governed by this Policy and the privacy policy of the social media platform you use. If you choose to visit, link to, or log in to our website or internet marketing channel, or otherwise communicate with us through a third-party social media service, you authorize us to access and use the information you post or store on that social media service, and to store your username and password for that social media service, in accordance with the privacy policy of that social media service and the privacy settings applicable to your account. When you access or log in to our websites or internet marketing channels through a social media service, any information you provide may also be accessed by that service, subject to that service's privacy policy. For more information and how to manage the information these social media services provide to us, please review the applicable privacy settings in your account with the relevant social media service. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such services. Please refer to the privacy policies of such services for more information.

e. Other Information. In addition to the personal information collected above, we may also collect information that does not personally identify you and is not linked to your personal information. We may also de-identify this information so that it no longer identifies you. We may aggregate and use this information for marketing and other activities that do not use our customers' personal information, but such activities are not covered by this Policy.

Your Choices

We offer customers a variety of choices regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information:

a. Email Opt-Out. You can unsubscribe or update certain preferences using the methods provided in the "Contact Customer Service" link below. Regardless of whether you decide to opt-out of promotional emails, we may still contact you to respond to inquiries, transaction-related matters, and for transactional purposes (e.g., sales confirmations, shipping notifications, recalls, product information, service/alert notifications, and account maintenance).

b. Disabling Cookies. We may personalize your experience through our websites and Internet Marketing Channels based on your interactions with us and elsewhere on the Internet, as well as your interactions (and your device) with our Internet Marketing Channels. However, you have choices about how your device interacts with our websites and Internet Marketing Channels. You can choose to visit our websites and Internet Marketing Channels without accepting certain technologies on your device, and you can opt out of or modify certain elements that are tailored and delivered to you based on your browsing history. If you choose to restrict these technologies, you can still visit our websites and Internet Marketing Channels, but you may not be able to take full advantage of certain features. You can also manage third-party tracking by turning off cookies and changing your browser settings.

c. Interest-Based Advertising and Opt-Out Requests. We participate in interest-based advertising (IBA), also known as online behavioral advertising. When you visit our websites, Internet Marketing Channels, and other websites, we use third-party advertising companies and networks to display ads tailored to your individual interests based on your browsing and online shopping patterns, and to serve Zdvrd ads to you across the Internet and other channels. Some of these networks may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or participate in the self-regulatory program of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). To learn more about your choices with NAI members, visit their website at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/#completed. To learn more about your choices with networks participating in the DAA program, visit http://www.aboutads.info. Please note that even if you choose to limit, opt-out, or modify your preferences, you may still see or receive Zdvrd advertising on our websites, our internet marketing channels, and other websites, but such advertising will not be based on your browsing history.

In addition, your device's browser may offer you preferences regarding the collection of your information or online activities by websites over time and/or across different websites or online services, and you can modify your preferences. Our website is committed to processing "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signals from web browsers and automatically opting out of third-party targeting cookies for such visitors, but GPC technology is not yet fully developed and not supported by all browsers. You may also opt-out of certain interest-based advertising. To learn more about interest-based advertising or to opt-out of such advertising from participating members, visit the Network Advertising Initiative website and the Digital Advertising Alliance website at http://www.aboutads.info/choices. The options you choose will vary depending on your browser and device.

We may provide certain personal information to certain consumer brands, advertisers, and other third parties, for example, to provide you with targeted advertising, customer analytics, a more personalized experience, and special offers. Specifically, identity information, user activity information, and/or transaction information may be shared through targeting cookies and data extraction. Zdvrd may benefit from these activities. Please visit the "Your Privacy Choices" page to learn more about such sharing and to opt out of such activities. You may also opt in to targeting cookies there and opt in to data extraction by contacting us as described below. In addition, as described above, our website is committed to processing global privacy control signals from web browsers.

d. Location Information. When you visit our website, we may collect your approximate location information using your IP address and your specific location information (latitude and longitude) using your browser. You can opt out of the use of your specific location information collected when you visit our website online by selecting not to allow us to use location information when prompted by your browser or by managing your browser settings. Please note that such choices and browser settings do not limit our use of approximate location information obtained through your IP address.

e. Mobile Device and Application Preferences

f. Email. If you opt in to receive emails from us, we may send emails to your email address. To unsubscribe from emails from a member of the Zdvrd family of companies, reply "STOP" to any email you receive from that member. This will unsubscribe you from all emails from that member.

g. Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications at any time by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.
